Silvia Beggio is the Managing Director of Tritemius Venture Builder.

Professional with more than 15 years of international experience in Business Consulting, Technology and Innovation, most of them linked to Minsait, the IT division of Indra, a leading Spanish multinational in Consulting and Technology.

Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to gain experience in almost all areas of business, developing a solid professional profile, with a 360º business vision.

She began her professional career in strategic business consulting (Europraxis Consulting, later Minsait Business and technology consulting); moving through the Finance and Insurance, Telco, Energy and Industry sectors; with commercial strategy and channel, strategic plans, and operational models, both in Spain and in Italy and Latin America.

After eight years of experience in consulting, she jumped into the corporate world, in the business development area of Minsait services, covering different roles related to M&A (service, software, and cybersecurity companies), Deal shaping (i.e. strategic macro-outsourcing deals, venture design), value proposition transformation, and bid office management, both in Spain and in Italy, where she launched the area from scratch.

She has led the deployment of global change management initiatives, to transform middle management culture and promote cooperation in silo-type organizations.

Silvia has an Executive MBA from the Iese Business School and is a mentor for IESE EMBA students through the Iese Ambassadors Program.

She is passionate about technology, people, and innovation, and firmly believes that the Web3 Industry will profoundly change our way of living, and that Tritemius has the opportunity to be part of it and contribute with a positive impact.
